Quantity Surveyor – Vertical Construction

Are you ready to take charge of the numbers that make projects happen?

We’re looking for a QS with 5+ years’ NZ experience to join our Commercial/Vertical Construction team.

You’ll be:

Leading cost planning & tendering

Managing contracts (NZS 3910 / SA2017)

Driving project budgets & reporting

Partnering with clients & site teams

You:

Degree/Diploma in QS or Construction Economics

Strong NZ construction knowledge

Procore + Excel skills

Sharp eye for detail & problem-solving mindset

Must have NZ work rights + driver’s license.
